Who we are

Trader’s Edge USA (“Trader’s Edge”, “we”, “us”) is operated by Kattaria Capital LLC, the company that appears on your card statement when you buy a membership. These terms are an agreement between you and Kattaria Capital LLC. By buying a membership or using this site, you agree to them.

What we provide

We publish charting tools for TradingView, market reference pages and trading education. APOLLO ONE, our membership indicator, draws levels, a plan, a stop, targets and a position size on your chart from the settings you choose. The public Trader’s Edge tools are free and published open-source on TradingView under their own licence.

Everything we provide is general and impersonal: the same tools and the same pages for every user. We do not know your finances, your goals or your account, and nothing we provide is tailored to them.

Not investment advice

Nothing on this site, in our tools, videos, newsletter or messages is investment, trading, tax or legal advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell anything. We are not registered as a commodity trading advisor, commodity pool operator, broker or investment adviser. We do not manage accounts, pool money, hold funds or place, route or manage orders, and no tool of ours connects to a broker. Every decision to trade, and its result, is yours alone.

Trading risk

Trading futures, options, stocks, currencies and crypto involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every person. With futures you can lose more than you deposit. Only trade with money you can afford to lose.

A level, a plan or a size on the chart is a description of structure and arithmetic on your own settings. It is not a prediction, and nothing we publish promises any result. Past market behaviour does not tell you what will happen next. Our tools can be wrong, late, or stop working, including when TradingView or your data feed has a problem.

Membership and billing

The membership costs $49.99 per month, or $399 per year, in US dollars, plus any tax that applies. Payment is taken by Stripe at checkout and then automatically at the start of each month or each year, matching the plan you chose, until you cancel. We never see or store your full card number.

If we change the price, we will tell you before it applies to your next billing period, and you can cancel before then.

You can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops future charges. Your access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for. To cancel, reach us through the Contact page.

All sales are final

All sales are final. We do not give refunds or credits for a partial month, an unused month or a change of mind, except where the law requires it.

Access through your TradingView account

APOLLO ONE is an invite-only script on TradingView. At checkout you give your TradingView username, and access is granted to that username, usually within about 15 minutes. It is renewed for each period you pay for and lapses shortly after a paid period ends without renewal. Please give the exact username you chart on: we cannot grant access to a username we were not given.

You need your own TradingView account (a free plan works), and TradingView’s own terms apply to it. We do not control TradingView and are not responsible for its availability, its data or changes it makes to its platform.

Your licence to use the tools

While your membership is active, we give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use APOLLO ONE, and any other premium tool included in the membership, on your own TradingView account. You may not share your access, resell it, copy, decompile or republish the script or its output as your own product, or use it to build a competing product. We may suspend or end access that breaks these terms, for example access shared with others.

Our names, logos, pages, videos and code belong to Kattaria Capital LLC. The open-source tools are governed by the licence published with each script.

No warranty

The tools and this site are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and uninterrupted operation.

Limits on our liability

To the extent the law allows, Kattaria Capital LLC is not liable for any trading loss, lost earnings or lost opportunity, or any indirect, incidental or consequential damage arising from your use of the site or the tools. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

You agree to indemnify us against claims that arise from your own trading or from your breach of these terms.

Age

You must be at least 18 years old, and able to enter a binding contract, to buy a membership.

Ending access

We may suspend or end a membership that breaks these terms. If we end a membership for any other reason, we will stop billing it and it will not renew.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. If a change affects your membership in a material way, we will tell you before it applies to your next billing period.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of [governing-law state to be confirmed], without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

If any part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies. These terms are the whole agreement between you and us about the membership and this site.
